It is run and operated by two board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners offering primary care services with chronic disease management. We encourage a holistic approach to healthcare to solve the root of your medical issues before they become long-term.

Physicals:

Live Well Medical Clinic and Spa conducts annual, DOT, sports, and insurance physicals. These visits are to check your overall health.

What Happens During a Physical? 

During your physical, the doctor will check multiple things, including: 

  • Weight and BMI
  • Heart rate
  • Blood pressure 
  • Heart and lungs 
  • Eyes 

During a physical, you can also ask the doctor about specific complaints, like aches or fatigue. 

What Is Weight Loss Management? 

Weight loss management is doctor-guided changes to help you lose weight and maintain it. These can be dietary, environmental, or other changes needed to help you. The doctor will help you come up with a personalized weight loss plan.
